Phoenix-Talent Schools is currently seeking:
SALARY:  $12.29 per hour.
JOB DESCRIPTION:  A Custodial Substitute is one who on a day-to-day basis and without contract, does the full work of a regularly assigned Custodial employee during the latter’s absence from duty.  Custodial Substitutes perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties in school buildings and care of grounds on a substitute basis.
All potential Custodial Subs are required to attend a new hire orientation.  Please note that all new employees must complete a District fingerprint process at the employee’s expense of $79.  The one-time fee may be paid at time of orientation or deducted from the employee’s first paycheck.

Phoenix-Talent Schools accepts $45,000 from AllCare Health to support the Good Behavior Game (a positive approach to self-regulation and classroom management) in each of our elementary schools. Phoenix High School Receives National Athletic Trainers' Association Safe Sports School Award. Program recognizes high schools that help to keep young athletes safe.

Phoenix, OR– Phoenix High School is the recipient of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Safe Sports School award for its athletics program. The award champions safety and recognizes secondary schools that provide safe environments for student athletes. The award reinforces the importance of providing the best level of care, injury prevention and treatment.​
