The PTS Rising Early Learning Center offers a safe, nurturing environment where every child's potential is realized through inquiry-based learning. Our state-funded preschool program, led by highly qualified staff, follows the Oregon Early Learning & Kindergarten Guidelines. We foster social, emotional, and intellectual development through developmentally appropriate curricula, engaging instruction, and a flexible daily routine. Our approach emphasizes play-based learning, encouraging self-expression, independence, creativity, decision-making, problem-solving, and reasoning. With a focus on supportive interactions and vocabulary building, we empower children to explore, grow, and thrive in a diverse and inclusive setting.
