Oregon Licensure Reimbursement Program

Through the Oregon Licensure Expense Reimbursement (OLER) program, educators in Oregon can receive financial support to help reduce the costs of obtaining or renewing their licenses.

• Who is eligible?
  Educators with linguistic expertise and an endorsement area approved by TSPC.
• What’s covered?
  Eligible expenses related to licensure or renewal.

Education Leaders for Oregon's English Learners (ELOEL)

The University of Oregon’s College of Education has launched a fully online English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) endorsement program, supported by a $3 million grant.

• Who can apply?
  In-service teachers across Oregon, especially in districts identified in Oregon House Bill 3499 (HB3499).
• What’s included?
  • Scholarship covering most ESOL coursework costs.
  • One year of follow-up professional development.
  • Training in parent/family engagement and home language literacy.
