     The Business Services Department is responsible for the district's fiscal operations of accounting, budget and audit. In addition, the department provides analysis and support to schools, departments, district administration and the School Board in financial matters. We support equitable outcomes for students through transparent stewardship of resources and effective financial processes and services, emphasizing collaboration, responsive customer service and continuous improvement.


                                  NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET HEARING

    • For supplemental budgets proposing a change in any fund's expenditures by more than 10 percent                


    A public hearing on a proposed supplemental budget for Phoenix-Talent School District #4

    for the current fiscal year will be held at Phoenix High School, 745 N. Rose St, Phoenix, OR 97535

    The hearing will take place on  October 15, 2020      at   10:00 AM      


    To support the Governor’s recommendations for social distancing, the Phoenix Talent

    School District will conduct the October 15, 2020 meeting by video conference only.

    The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the supplemental budget with interested persons.

    A copy of the supplemental budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after October 15, 2020

    Explanation of change(s):

    After the September 8th, 2020 Almeda fire devastated the Phoenix and Talent communities,

    a fire relief fund was created with the purpose of accepting donations to help

    Phoenix-Talent student's families affected by the fire.
