Time to sign up for fall sports

If your student plans to participate in athletics during the 2026 fall season, please review the information below and complete all required registration steps before practices begin.

Fall Sports Begin August 17, 2026

Phoenix High School

Fall sports include:

• Football
• Boys Soccer
• Girls Soccer
• Cheerleading
• Girls Volleyball
• Cross Country

Talent Middle School

Fall sports include:

• Football
• Girls Volleyball
• Cross Country

Athletic Registration Requirements

All student-athletes must complete the following before they can participate in practices or competitions:

• Register through FinalForms.
• Have a current OSAA Sports Physical on file.
• Upload any required physical documentation to FinalForms.

OSAA physicals are valid for two years.

FinalForms opens for fall sports registration on July 1, 2026.

We encourage families to complete registration as early as possible to avoid delays in athletic eligibility.

To help make your visit as smooth as possible, please complete all required forms before your appointment.
