Free physicals available soon

Phoenix-Talent School District families! We want to share an important opportunity for all students who need sports physicals for the upcoming school year (click here to view the flyer).

Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, June 21st, 2025
• Time: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Location: South Medford High School (1551 Cunningham Ave, Medford)
• Cost: FREE - open to ALL students, including Phoenix-Talent families

What to Know:

• Students should wear shorts and a T-shirt
• Bring your school's required sports physical form
• OSAA physical forms will be available at the event
• Parent/guardian signature is required on all forms

This is a great opportunity to get your required sports physical at no cost. The event is open to all students in our region, not just South Medford students.
