Dear PTS families,

The Oregon Department of Education conducts a parent survey each year to learn how well its special education programs are reaching out to parents of children in special education. In April or May, parents or guardians of special education students should receive a text with links to complete the survey electronically. If you receive a survey, please complete the online version by going to the stated web address. 

The survey results report the percent of families who report that early childhood special education services have helped the family know their rights, communicate their children's needs effectively and help their children develop and learn.

Your participation in this survey enhances the effectiveness on your child’s early intervention program and can have a positive impact on your child.
