We are pleased to share that the School-Based Health Center (SBHC) at Phoenix High School will be open this summer to support the health and wellness of our students and families.

The health center will provide a wide range of services, including:

• Physical check-ups and general health assessments

• Immunizations

• Preventive care

• Mental health services

• Nutritional support

• Health education

• Referrals for specialized care

These services are available for all children ages 2 and up. To best meet your family's needs, we strongly encourage you to call ahead and schedule an appointment.
